I would like to see some summer recipes. Zingy smoothies and interesting "don't touch the oven or microwave" meals. I will touch the stove in order to boil pasta for a delicious pasta salad, though. Thank you.

Well, I'll see what I can do about the GMO veggies idea.
I'm actually working on smoothie recipes (before I even read this). They will be, as one could expect from me, quick and easy versions!
I'll also be posting some summer recipes, starting with a salad (immediately after typing this comment).
