What We Ate Last Week #10
Monday: Tuna casserole (one of those pescatarian days)Tuesday: Veggie muffalettas (grilled portabellas, bell peppers, & onions with chopped olives and spinach on grilled pitas) and leftover bean soup
Wednesday: Nachos
Thursday: Tortellini with homemade sauce (portabella & shitake mushrooms, canned diced tomatoes, garlic, and chopped spinach + a little red wine)
Friday: Waffles, Boca sausage, and fruit salad
Saturday: Went to Zoes Kitchen - if you have one of these near you, give it a try - healthier than usual fast food, with lots of vegetarian options ($20 for dinner for 2)
Sunday: Chorizo (Yves brand) pumpkin stew & spinach/couscous salad
